  • Returns

  • LENNE by Design will replace or refund any items, within 6 month warranty period from the date of purchase, deemed to be at fault. See Warranty & Care page for more details.

  • We accept returns for the purpose of fault, but not exchange or change of mind. If refunded, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction. 

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition wherever possible. 

  • Any refunds will be made back to the means of purchase, i.e. credit card or gift card.

  • Although we don’t cover the cost of transporting your return back to Lenne by Design, we will gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested a return.

1.Please contact us on lennejo4@gmail.com with a breif discription and an image of the item so we can  respond with the course of action to be taken.We will notify you of the options.

2.We will notify you to send this back with the items to the correct address below.

3.New Zealand - Repairs LENNE By Design, 8 Kensington Drive, Orewa  0931 , AUCKLAND.    

4.Once we receive the item we will process it and send you a notification email. If repair costs apply we will also let you know the options.

5.We will then repair or replace as appropriate and have the item sent back to you via a Standard Shipping service for that country.

 

 

 

RETURNS PROCESS - REST OF THE WORLD

 

1.Please contact us on lennejo4@gmail.com form and give us your contact details and a brief overview of the problem.

2.We will then contact you and ask you send a photo of the faulty item as well as a scan of the proof of purchase (i.e. receipt).

3.We will then be able to determine the best course of action to help you out with a quick resolution.

*Returns are not covered by us and sent at your expense via tracking.

  •  via a courier company,  tracking available.

  • To ensure your order arrives safely, please provide us with a residential or business (street) address for delivery as our signature required service are unavailable to deliver to PO boxes or private bags

  • We cannot guarantee delivery due to delays from couriers and have estimated delivery times only
